This is an 8 - foot 2100 - Watt plug - in hotplate that is fully compatible with Metters stoves. Part numbers are 1827 - 10SE and SEI Part No. SE132. It's equivalent to Stokes 1827 - 10, 1827, Grimwood 2627, Hermetic 5717, and Electrolux 28476427. The element has a diameter of 185mm, and the height from the centre of the pins to the top of the element is 36mm. It's a great fit for many older Metters stoves.
