Product Detail

Fisher & Paykel Rangehood Fan Motor Kit. This is a high - quality replacement part, part number FP791747, 791747. It's designed to fit some Fisher & Paykel canopy rangehoods, such as models HC60DCXB1, HC90DCXB1, and HC120DCXB1. There's also a chance it might work with certain other brands or models. The fan blade is of the drum type, which provides efficient air circulation. The kit comes with a start/run capacitor and a mains cable, but it doesn't include the electronic control circuit board. The motor is easily installed using the 4 screw holes in the mounting cover. With over 25 years of experience supplying appliance parts to both the trade and retail sectors, you can buy this product with confidence.

Using your Fisher & Paykel rangehood fan motor kit is easy. First, make sure your rangehood is turned off and unplugged. Locate the old motor and remove it carefully by unscrewing the 4 screws in the mounting cover. Then, take your new motor kit and use the 4 screw holes to mount it in place. Connect the start/run capacitor and the mains cable as per the original setup. Once everything is connected, plug in your rangehood and turn it on. For safety, always double - check all connections before powering on. When it comes to maintenance, keep the motor clean. You can use a soft, dry cloth to wipe it down every few months. If you notice any strange noises or reduced performance, it's a good idea to have it checked by a professional. Don't try to disassemble the motor on your own as it may void the warranty.
