This is an inner filter for the Electrolux UltraPower ZB5000 Series vacuum cleaner. Part No. 2198213049 replaces Part No. 2198213015. It's a genuine replacement filter for UltraPower and UltraPower Plus handheld vacuums from Electrolux. This filter fits Ultra Power models ZB5010, ZB5011, ZB5012, ZB5012P, and ZB5022. You can also use EF142 as an alternative. Note that some photos show the original 2198213015 part.
