This set of four knobs is a great replacement for many hotplate simmerstat and gas burner control knobs on various stoves and cooktops. The kit also includes decals for numbering and temperature, if needed. It's ideal when the original parts are no longer available and can be used in other applications too. These knobs feature a marking for the pointing direction, with no other markings. The kit comes with 4 pieces of 5 different inserts, 4 each of black and grey pointer inserts, 4 each of gas ignition collars, and 4 white knobs. This makes it suitable for most standard common simmerstat and burner shaft sizes. The diameter of the knob is 30mm, and the height is 23mm. It includes flush inserts, 10.5mm long inserts with 3/16' 6mm D & 1/4' D shaft sizes, and 19.5mm long inserts with 6mm & 1/4' D shaft sizes. The inserts can be fitted so that the flat side of the D can be in many different positions. Using this stove control knob kit is easy. First, remove the old knobs from your stove. Then, choose the appropriate inserts from the kit that fit your stove's shaft size. If you want, you can use the included decals to mark the temperature or number on the knobs. When it comes to maintenance, keep the knobs clean by wiping them with a soft, damp cloth.
