Upgrade your stove with our Universal Black Stove Control Knob Kit! This set of four knobs is a great solution for replacing hotplate simmerstat control and gas burner control knobs on a wide range of stoves and cooktops. It's perfect when the original parts are no longer available and can also be used for other applications. The knobs feature a simple design with a marking to show the pointing direction and no other markings. Each kit comes with 4 of 3 different inserts and 4 black knobs, suitable for most standard common simmerstat and burner shaft sizes. The knobs have a diameter of 41.5mm and a height of 24.5mm. Included are flush inserts with 6mm D and 8mm D shaft sizes, as well as 15mm long inserts with 6mm and 8mm D shaft sizes. The inserts can be positioned so that the flat side of the D can be adjusted to various positions. Note that these knobs may fit loosely on some 6mm shafts, but you can use silicone sealant to prevent them from slipping off. Using your new stove control knob kit is easy. First, remove the old knobs from your stove. Then, choose the appropriate insert from the kit that matches the shaft size of your stove. Insert it into the back of the black knob, making sure the flat side of the D - shaped insert is in the right position for your stove's control mechanism. Simply push the knob onto the shaft of your stove's control. Remember, if the knob seems loose on a 6mm shaft, apply a bit of silicone sealant to keep it in place. For maintenance, clean the knobs regularly with a mild soapy water solution and a soft cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners as they can damage the knobs' finish.
