Product Detail

The Paragon-style no-frost refrigerator defrost timer is a reliable appliance part. It has part numbers RF096G, RF096A, M8431, and spec # E-1111-21. This timer replaces Paragon part no. 758645 (spec # NJ-639-21) and Westinghouse part no. 759802. It switches on for 21 minutes every 6 hours. The contacts are rated at 5 amp, 240 Volt, and 1/3 HP. The motor has a voltage rating of 208 - 240 VAC, 3 Watt, 50 Hz, DRV-2, and 1/144 RPM. It comes with 4 X 6.4mm spade terminals. It can be used in Westinghouse RJ422E, RJ522E and other models. Unlike the original timer, it doesn't have a protruding shaft. It suits many no-frost refrigerators. With over 25 years of experience supplying appliance parts to both trade and retail, you can buy with confidence.

Using this defrost timer is easy. First, make sure your fridge is unplugged. Then, carefully replace the old timer with this new one, connecting the 4 X 6.4mm spade terminals properly. Once it's installed, plug your fridge back in and the timer will start working automatically, switching on for 21 minutes every 6 hours. When handling the timer, avoid getting it wet and don't use excessive force when connecting the terminals. For maintenance, it's a good idea to check the connections every few months to make sure they're still secure. If you notice any issues, like the timer not switching on or off correctly, it's best to consult a professional. With proper use and care, this timer will keep your fridge running smoothly for a long time.
