Using the indoor condensing vent kit is quite straightforward. First, check if your dryer has a 100mm flue vent outlet. If it does, you can connect the included 100mm X 1.0mtr vent hose to the dryer. For Fisher & Paykel rear - vented models, it fits right on. For other dryers, you may need a suitable dryer flange kit.
If your dryer is wall - mounted, you'll need to get a vent deflector adaptor (not included) to make the connection. Once connected, the kit will start condensing the moisture from the air coming out of the dryer into a container.
As for maintenance, regularly empty the container where the condensed water collects. Also, clean the lint and fluff that the kit catches. This will ensure that the kit keeps working effectively and your laundry area stays clean. And remember, while this kit is a great solution for indoor venting, it's not as good as outdoor venting. So, if possible, consider outdoor venting for your dryer in the long run.
